URGENT corrupted files in skills

i know that at least kngith and mage have corrupted files in their skills. i log in and with my knight (cursed) i cant open skills (click S) and with my mage (cursed) is the same. but my brother knight can open the skills (S) but cant open trainer.

pliz make fix because at least i can't lvl up or play with this error
